Accessibility
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management wants everyone to be able to use this website effectively, including people with temporary or permanent disabilities. That is why we are constantly working to improve the accessibility of this website.
According to the Digital Government Act (Wdo), all government websites must comply with accessibility guidelines EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1. We are also required to publish an accessibility statement.
Accessibility statement
An accessibility statement has been prepared for this website (https://dutchclimaterisk.nl).

- The statement is based on the most recent research report on digital accessibility.
How we improve the accessibility of this website
We work to improve the accessibility of this website in various ways:
- Accessibility from the start. For new websites, we consider accessibility from the very beginning at every stage, including design, development, content, and images.
- Independent research. Experts regularly assess (parts of) the website. Identified problems are resolved in a sustainable way wherever possible.
- Knowledge and training. Employees follow training courses and e-learning programmes on digital accessibility. This ensures they know what to look out for in their work.
PDF documents
This website also contains PDF documents. Some of these are not (yet) fully accessible. We no longer modify older PDF documents.
Are you unable to read or use a document properly? Please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, for example by providing the information in a different format.
