What can you find on the Nationaal Georegister?

With its discovery tools, the Nationaal Georegister is an excellent starting point for professional users seeking spatial data. The platform offers interactive maps that show themes such as administrative boundaries, land use, water networks, transport routes and environmental zones. The portal also offers thematic collections with related datasets grouped, previews of each map layer and the possibility of downloading the data.

Who developed the Nationaal Georegister?

The Nationaal Georegister is managed by the Netherlands Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster), with platform functionality overseen by Public Services of the Map (PDOK). Metadata content is provided and maintained by data providers across government bodies, research institutes and private organisations.
